RICHFORD, Vt.—Nearly 70 percent of Vermont Maple Sugar Makers Association members said in a survey they prefer only ONE open house weekend for the fall and spring. 

"We know this is a change from the last few years and we believe it's a positive one that represents the business and staffing capacity of all our sugar makers,” the VMSMA said. 

The following dates have been set in collaboration with the executive committee and taking into account member feedback and holidays:

Fall Maple Open House October 7-8, 2023

Spring Maple Open House March 23-24, 2024
